Booking & Appointment Policy

This policy is effective immediately upon publication.

1. Appointment Submission & Confirmation

All consultation bookings are submitted via official website ordering channel or company registered email. The firm shall send formal booking confirmation within 24 calendar hours after receiving complete client booking details.

Bookings with incomplete personal or service information will be pending, and clients need to supplement required content within 48 calendar hours otherwise the pending booking will be automatically cancelled.

2. Rescheduling Request Rules

Clients who need to adjust confirmed appointment time must send written reschedule application via registered email no less than 48 calendar hours before scheduled consultation start time.

Each valid order allows maximum one free rescheduling operation within valid booking term; extra change requests shall be treated as new independent booking application.

3. Late Attendance Regulation

Clients shall prepare for online consultation and be ready to connect at agreed appointment time. Waiting duration reserved for delayed clients is limited to 20 minutes from fixed starting time.

If clients fail to join consultation after exceeding 20-minute waiting window without prior notice, the whole consultation session counts as fully completed service with no supplementary consultation arranged.

4. Service Postponement by Service Provider

In rare cases where the company needs to postpone confirmed appointments, relevant notice will be delivered to client’s reserved contact method at least 72 calendar hours ahead of original schedule.

A free alternative appointment slot will be provided for affected clients after mutual communication.

5. Policy Amendment

AVISEN CONSULTING LTD keeps the right to revise this booking policy anytime, updated clauses take immediate effect once published on this dedicated page.
