Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy takes effect immediately upon publication.

1. Cancellation Timeline Rules

Clients may submit written cancellation requests via official email only. All cancellation applications shall be checked within 24 calendar working hours after submission.

Cancellations sent more than 72 calendar hours ahead of scheduled consultation time are eligible for full service cancellation review.

Requests submitted between 24 to 72 calendar hours before confirmed appointment can be processed for partial service adjustment arrangement.

Cancellation notice received less than 24 calendar hours prior to fixed consultation time cannot be approved for service cancelation.

2. Refund Eligibility Standard

Full service amount review for possible refund applies only to valid cancellation filed over 72 hours before appointment per above clause.

Partial amount consideration is available for approved mid-term cancel between 24-72 hours ahead of booked consultation slot.

No monetary reimbursement can be arranged if client fails to join confirmed consultation without prior formal written notice.

3. Completed Service Exception

Once consultation service is fully delivered as agreed appointment duration, no cancellation or refund application will be accepted under any circumstances.

Short partial consultation attended by client counts as finished service and is excluded from refund scope.

4. Processing Period for Approved Adjustment

After cancellation approval is confirmed, all relevant financial settlement arrangements will be completed within 30 calendar days from the approval date.

The company reserves the right to update this policy content at any moment. Updated wording will be displayed on this page and valid right after posting.
