Services are delivered remotely via online communication channels as specified at the time of booking.

2. Booking and Appointment Policy

Consultation appointments are confirmed upon submission of service requests. Clients must provide accurate and complete information for booking validation.

Any appointment rescheduling or adjustment must be requested at least 48 calendar hours before the scheduled time. We will review and respond to all booking requests within 24 calendar hours.

3. Service Delivery

Consultation services will be delivered at the confirmed time and duration as selected by the client. We adhere to the scheduled service timeline and provide dedicated advisory support during the booked period.

All consultation content is for reference and guidance purposes only, tailored to the information provided by the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing true, accurate, and complete information required for service delivery. All final decisions and implementations based on consultation guidance are made at the client’s sole discretion.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Service cancellation requests submitted 72 calendar hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for review. Requests made within less than 72 hours of the appointment will not be processed for adjustment.

All decisions related to service adjustments are made on a case-by-case basis in good faith.

6. Intellectual Property

All consultation materials, guidance content, and suggestions provided by our team remain the intellectual property of AVISEN CONSULTING LTD for internal service use only.

Clients may use the content solely for their own business reference purposes.

7. Terms Modification

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Revised terms will be posted on this page and take effect immediately without prior notice.
